  • Provide a safe and comfortable school environment that is conducive to learning

History

A historic neighborhood institution opened William J. Fischer Academy in 2006. Since then, our school has maintained a dedication to working with parents and the community to foster each child’s full potential, build their self-esteem, and empower them to become a responsible, respectful, and contributing citizen. A true community school, nearly ten percent of our students have parents who work at Fischer Academy. The majority of families who attend the school also reside in Algiers.
